I live in Flagler Beach, Florida. I make everything locally. What I can’t grow myself, I source from organic growers.

My passion for medicinal plants began 20 years ago when my children were small and my heart for natural healing grew large. It brings me so much joy to share with you what I have found to be beneficial for myself and those I love. I really hope these products I am offering make a difference for you and spark your interest in what the Earth has to offer in the way of health and well-being. There is so much to discover.
